Andrew Wright
CEO & Board President
Andrew has a long-standing background in production, encompassing theater, live events, documentary filmmaking, and corporate videos. At age 14 he first experienced the realm beyond 3-D and then spent three decades learning and exploring. In 2008, Andrew integrated his production skills with a focus on inner work, and assisting others in their transformation. Since 2013, he has produced life-changing retreats worldwide, and in 2021, Andrew helped launch InnerScience. He embodies the work of transformation, guiding InnerScience with a coherent mind and heart.

Kristin Hummel
Board Member
Kristin Hummel joins InnerScience Research Fund with more than 30 years of experience, starting and owning several successful businesses. Kristin commits much of her time to being a mother of two girls, a student of Dr. Joe, and supporting this organization. It is Kristin’s honor to give her heart and energy to InnerScience Research Fund so the world will continue to be exposed to the evidence of the truth.

Angela holds advanced degrees in both Communication and Psychology and continues to be fascinated with our human potential. She has spent the past quarter century embracing and evolving her skills in Project Management, Human Resources, and Being of Service. She is honored to work as Director of Operations here at InnerScience, the symphony conductor of logistics, coordinating coherence among the team to organically evolve the impact of our mission as one mind and one heart.

Claudia Bouche & Juan Caicedo
Claudia is an experienced visual designer and an expert in UI/UX. She enjoys sharing knowledge in collaboration while leading with wisdom and having tangible goals. Her work with Dr Joe Dispenza has given her life new meaning and purpose.
Juan Caicedo is an omnichannel marketing advocate with extensive experience in video and creation. Juan creates ideas and experiences that ignite change, drive results, and inspire teams.
They are honored to be part of the impactful change that scientific research on meditation will have in our society.

Shanti Pollacek
Shanti has worked as a teacher and youth program leader since 2016. She holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on youth empowerment and an MA in East West Psychology focusing on world wisdom traditions, counseling, and education. Through her personal and professional experiences she has witnessed the transformative power of meditation. She is passionate about sharing these techniques and understandings with the world and is overjoyed to be able to support the incredible mission of InnerScience Research Fund.

Tetiana Podoliako
Tetiana joins InnerScience Research Fund with over 15 years of customer service experience and brings her passion for elevating customer (donor) satisfaction. She has directly experienced positive transformation within her mind, body and soul through the power of meditation and it is her honor and commitment to support our vision of a world where meditation is an integral part of care.
Tetiana is also a HeartMath Certified Mentor, allowing her to guide others to remember the innate intelligence of their heart so they may embrace their capacities for growth and transformation.
She enjoys poetry and literature, hiking, painting, serving/attending Dr Joe Dispenza’s retreats, podcasting, traveling, and of course, meditating.
